compensation overview
We asked ourselves: "How could we build the company of 2050 and release it in 2024?" The answers that came back will change the World forever!
This is a first in class super affiliate model where you can generate substantial income from both your influence on the product side and by activating other affiliates that you think would be a good fit for this
This first new concept is called CIRCLE SALES.
As you'll see below, three production mechanisms make up your total circle sales each month...
1. All of your customers orders
2. Your direct affiliates personal orders
Once #1 & #2 = $1500 in sales then you can count:
3. Your personal orders
and $500 of your personal orders can count towards your circle
Based on the monthly volume you generate in your circle of influence (also known as circle sales) from those 3 avenues, you can then easily calculate your commissions.
Whatever the highest percentage you achieve, you'll be retro paid on all of your volume for the month
For example:
If you had $300 in personal orders
And your customer orders totaled $5,700
And your direct affiliate referral orders totaled $1,000
Then your total volume would be $7,000, in which case you would earn $1680 and receive $125 in free product credit
Note: One thing that's really cool is that when you hit Premier Affiliate, MAKE will actually top up your check to make sure you earn at least $500 for the month.
So beyond your personal production and circle sales, in order to unlock the rest of the comp plan, you'll want to become a premier affiliate and develop other premier affiliates. We get paid to do 3 things...
Okay, so now you know what Circle Sales are and you know the 3 production mechanisms that count towards your circle! Great job!
Okay, check this out, this is so cool! Once you hit $2,000 in circle sales for the month, you now become a premier affiliate and this unlocks access to up to a 10% override on ALL of your direct affiliates customer sales! Yes you read that right.
So for example: Let's say it's the 11th of the month and you've now reached $2,000+ in circle sales...
But a gal that is direct to you named Tracy, started and she finished the month at $5,000 in customer orders... well Mr. or Mrs. Premier Affiliate... you just earned $400 from that one single way because according to the chart above you would earn 8%...
*But that 4 - 10% is cumulative between ALL of your direct affiliates.
So, lets say you also enrolled 4 other affiliates and their total customer sales combined equal $7500
Now you'd have $12,500 in customer sales coming thru your direct affiliates customers. In this example, your commission from this one way of getting paid would be $1250, because you'd get 10%!
What if you had 10, or 20, or 30+ direct affiliates and you taught them all how to get alot of customers? Yea, start dreaming big again because you finally have a financial vehicle that can get you there!
Okay okay... so now you know what CIRCLE SALES are and you know what a PREMIER AFFILIATE is... umm are you a genius? I think so!
Well check this out... now that you're a premier affiliate, doesn't it make a ton of sense that we'd want to help your team become premier affiliates? Yup.
So as you develop a team of premier affiliates, you'll now unlock more overrides on 6 tiers of premier affiliates.
As you can see, you can pick up an additional 8, 6, 4, 2, & 1% on 6 levels of premier affiliates meaning affiliates who have $2,000+ in sales for the month.
In actuality, this can pay you 40, 50, 60, 70 levels because the computer will not count it as a level until it finds a premier affiliate.
he/she who helps the most people on their team become a premier affiliate... wins
Here is a visual example of what that might look like:
Okay... so wait. What about the teammates that are on tiers 6 to infinity?
Can you not get compensated by the manufacturer for helping them?
Well of course you can!
You can actually pick up an additional 1 - 5% on your entire team of premier affiliates
Earn additional bonuses throughout your entire organization when you hit certain markers within your first 5 tiers of premier affiliates
Now, the total team bonus caps out at $100,000/month but I don't think you and I are going to be too upset if we get capped on this one single way of getting paid.
Let's put it this way... if we are upset... no one is going to feel bad for us 😂
Okay okay lastly... to reward and honor affiliates that join forces with MAKE during this pre-launch period, you'll be able to earn up to $100,000 in stackable bonuses your first 12 months in the business. This will only be available to affiliates who join before March of 2025 respectively.
This is wild!! Look at how simple the volume and how low the amount of premier affiliates you need to develop throughout your whole team in order to qualify for these stackable bonuses!! Let's go!! 🚀
